The Lord means what He says.

Wonderful thing for Sunday:  Hands down, our visit with one of our less active young men and his mom.  Besides getting to know them better, we had the privilege of sharing the first missionary discussion with him.  I think it has been a long time since he has considered the principles of the Gospel.  The Spirit flowed through the entire discussion.  He expressed a desire to really study The Book of Mormon.  We marveled on our way home.  Seriously - the Lord makes good on his promises!  If we do our part, He fills our mouths with the right words, despite our human imperfections.  I love Him for that! - and for lots of other things.

Fun thing:  I made a chocolate pudding cake for the goodies after Diletta's baptism, and we put the leftovers in the fridge for our activity last night.  Jessica, a young woman in the ward, made such a humorous fuss over that dessert.  It's fun when people like what you do.
