sufficiently...anything

Wonderful thing for 24 March:

I will never arrive at the point where I have "enough faith" or am "sufficiently righteous".  I sat in Florence District Meeting yesterday, being instructed by a 19-year-old elder, and knew that I can do better.

For instance, when I speak to someone about the Restord Gospel, I can just slide a little "mention" in there, some comment that lets them know something I believe without really investing myself too much in the conversation, and still feel as if I'm doing "missionary work".

However, even if I only have five minutes to converse, there is still a way to ask a simple question about their life, share a basic principle and a testimony relating to it, and make an invitation to change.  That's a much more devoted way to fulfill D&C 88:81.

I was about to say, "lesson learned", but I can only say that after I've practiced it.  I'll never be finished with that effort.

I also like 84:85.

Fun thing:

We got to face time with Tamra!   She doesn't get reception at her little home in the backwoods; we finally managed to hook up during her lunch time at work.  What a pleasure to see that adored face!
