spent-the-whole-day/week-preparing-for-Institute-and-nobody-came

Wonderful thing:  Angela's baptism.  Well attended, including friends/family who are not members.  Great talks, including one by her cousin Drina, and great music by the four elders and two sisters, who are all, apparently, amazing musicians.  We could use a little practice in the reverence arena; but, when you're in a room meant for a store instead of a church, it's a bit of a challenge.

Fun thing:  We spent last night mosquito free, thanks to Blaine's diligent efforts at mosquito hunting.  He walked around the apartment in the morning, then in the evening, with a fly swatter.  I think he got 11 last night.  One night free of that annoying buzz in your ear that wakes you out of a sound sleep, several times a night.  We keep the doors and windows open most of the day, because there's a lovely breeze, so he just made the rounds again.  Here's to another mosquito-free night.
